Upgraded helm on Jack Robert 37VT17

Got a good deal on a Raymarine E120 and we added the FlowScan as well.  AIS is hooked into E120 but not the FlowScan.  Still have to upgrade radar but will have to wait a while.  -- Lee Anderson
