Nellie D's 37VT63 fiberglass thickness at the engine thruhull is 13/16".
Ocean Eagle Yachts installed any strainers with integral thruhulls. The thruhulls appear to be caulked into place with the same black polysulfide that OEY used elsewhere. The main engine's 1-1/4" thruhull and strainer were easily pulled out of the hull after the seacock was removed.
Just asking....were any of the thru hull incidents on boats that had a green wire bonding system? Just want to know if it might help with corrosion.

Now I'm asking Carl Miller, Saphria 35LN23, rather that bonding wire was connected...
